Always determine to have faith that looks beyond the present troubles and to draw hope anew from God’s saving acts.
Re-wind to after two years’ ministry in Ft Wayne. God opened the door for us to become traveling evangelists which took us to Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North and South Dakota and our last visit to Colorado Springs in winter. When starting home after a series of meetings there, we were caught in heavy snowfall and were stopped by the State Police who told us to stay for the night. But motels were already full. God answered our dilemma by way of a semi-truck that ‘just happened’ to appear and He said I was to follow it. So, we did just that all night, being led safely through Nebraska, Iowa to Illinois, and the end of the snowstorm. We ultimately reach home to Indiana where we were staying with Esther’s parents.
God does not give you your life’s purpose all at one time. But only one time, or place at a time. Heaven as I know is the final place we will go to. So, be faithful to God’s will.
Prayer and Praise
“Dear Father, I am so thankful that we are not to worry about anything. You have a plan and a purpose for my life and it will not be like anyone else’s. I know that at the time coming You will take me to be with You. Hallelujah. Amen!”
