Good morning! As we begin our walk this week, we are faced with the need for God's healing power in America and the World. Every day we are given the numbers of those in America and those all over the world who are either sick or those who have died because of COVID-19. Jesus' ministry included the power of healing and casting out evil spirits and this kind of ministry is needed now as never before in our lifetime!

MATTHEW 8:1-34

Jesus Heals a Man With Leprosy
When Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean." Read more

Meditation

When this virus first started in America, President Trump thought it would be gone quickly and people would be able to return to normal life. However, every day in America more people die and more become sick. He has now scheduled Church attendance for the end of April.

So, he has asked the people to pray for God to intervene and that our country and the world would go back to functioning as normal. Millions of people worldwide have been earnestly interceding! I know you are among them, as I am. This gives us a hope and a future.

Matthew 8 is full of different kinds of healings and with a wide range of people. A leper comes to Jesus and Jesus touched him saying, "I will; be thou clean." Then A Roman Centurion comes because his servant is afflicted with palsy, and Jesus says, "I have not found such great faith, no not in Israel."

What kind of faith will Jesus find around the world for the healing of the pandemic?

Self Application:

Is your faith increasing for those in your life and those worldwide? This is your opportunity to move out in faith for His healing, miraculous power to work through you!

Praise/Prayer:

"Dear Father, my heart hurts because of all the people affected by the virus with no hope of living. I ask for Your divine intervention. Please empower me to be used in the ministry of healing. Amen!"
