Advisory Board Member
Dr. Catherine Patricia Morgan is an Educational Psychologist and Specialist in Education. She is a Trinidadian by birth, the wife of Bishop Dr. Peter Morgan, Founder of the Covenant Community Churches, and the mother of four grown children, one daughter and three sons, all prophetically birthed, strategically blessed, and professionally trained to fulfill their purpose as leaders in their fields. She has already spoken into the lives of her two young grandchildren whom, she has declared will, with unmatched strength and regal grace, with dominion determination and unparalleled wisdom, be future leaders in Haiti , Jamaica and the French Speaking world.
Her major strategy as a Leader Trainer, is not only to educate the mind, and shape the philosophy of her children, grandchildren and students, but to prophetically declare that they are born to liberate nations.
She is a member of the Executive Board of Trustees of the International Third World Leaders Association, and is Director of Women’s and Children’s Affairs of The Word of Life Ministries International, a Non Governmental Organization associated with the United Nations. Along with her husband she gives apostolic leadership to City Life Ministries, a new and vibrant inner-city work in the heart of downtown Kingston , Jamaica .
Her gift as an Educator and Trainer of Leaders has been displayed in Teachers’ Colleges, and Undergraduate and Graduate Schools of Theology and Education, where she has successfully shaped the philosophy of student leaders, who will in turn shape the minds of the next generation. The goal of her teaching is to help her students to discover their own purpose and destiny, and then to treat each student as one who is made in divine image with outstanding dominion capacity.
She was awarded the honor of being the Outstanding Educator at the Oral Roberts University where she worked for many years in the Graduate School of Education.
The divine mandate she strives to fulfill is that of turning the hearts of the fathers to the children. In 1987 she pioneered and co-founded the first Christian Education and leading model school in Jamaica . Since then several Christian schools have sprung up in that nation. She is currently Chairman of the Board of the leading Christian school in Western Jamaica . Dr Pat has successfully shaped the philosophy of the Jamaica and the Caribbean Association of Christian Schools and Educators.
Her major publications were crafted here at ITWLA, as she has attempted to translate the revelation God has given here of Purpose, Destiny and Potential, into action and strategy. Pat is the Author of the best selling Battle For The Seed , How to Raise Children of Destiny , and The Cry of The Children . Her strategy is to train parents and leaders to teach and lead children towards realizing their full potential and to take their place as community and national leaders.
An International Conference Speaker, Mrs. Morgan has ministered extensively in the USA , Canada , the UK , Europe , Mexico , South Africa and the Caribbean .
Her work among women in international organizations as Women’s Aglow, on a national and regional levels, and hr understanding of the pain of the Third World woman, has led her to her current preoccupation and determination to shape the minds of Inner City Women and to empower them towards the preservation of their men and children and the transformation of their communities.
Her education at the University of Miami and at the University of the West Indies yielded a Post Master’s Specialist in Professional Studies, and a Ph D. in Educational Psychology.
She is a Practicing Psychologist and Psychometrist, is attached to the leading Child Assessment and Research in Education Institution in the Caribbean , and is a Consultant in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Persons with Special Needs.
Her purpose is to continue her work here, as the International Third World Leadership Association forges ahead with its teaching and leadership training institutions as we execute the mandate to empower leaders and transform nations. She calls on leaders to become dominion – bearing persons who reflect the image of God, and to assume stewardship responsibility as we together fulfill the cultural and dominion mandate.
Her children, all grown, have committed themselves to full-time ministry. They all share in the burden to see nations transformed by the power of the Gospel. She is the happy grandmother of two beautiful girls.
She is committed to impart dominion ability and a spirit of destiny as she speaks to the purposes of God to her own generation, and prophetically to the next.
